Your hands are powerful
I still remember the first time I felt energy moving through my hands.
At the time, I did not have language for it. I thought I was imagining it. I wondered if it was just heat, or nerves, or wishful thinking.
But the more I paid attention, the clearer it became. My hands were responding to something real.
Since then, I have watched hundreds of women have this same moment. The quiet surprise. The curiosity. The feeling of, “Something is happening, and I do not know what it is.”
Underneath that moment is usually a very simple desire.
They want to trust themselves. They want to help others without draining themselves. They want to understand what they feel instead of guessing. They want to know if this sensitivity actually means something.
Here is the small truth I wish I had known earlier.
Feeling energy is not a talent you are born with or without. It is a sense that becomes clearer with attention and training.
When you learn to feel energy with your hands, something profound shifts.
You become more intuitive. You become more grounded in your body. You learn how to clear what is not yours. You stop doubting what you feel. And you begin to trust yourself in a new way.
Every week I pull a card with the intention of offering clarity and support for the days ahead. Here’s what Spirit wants you to know this week:

Not in a mental, overthinking way, but in the quiet, subtle way your intuition speaks.
You are already receiving guidance. Through your feelings. Through your dreams. Through those gentle inner nudges and sudden knowings that seem to come out of nowhere.
This card is a reminder that you truly are in communication with Spirit.
Notice what keeps coming back into your awareness. The thought to reach out to someone. The pull to read something, rest, change something, or take a small step forward. These are not random. They are messages.
You are being asked to trust what you are receiving.
If you have been doubting your intuition or wondering if you are imagining things, let this be your validation. You are not making it up. You are being guided.
This week, create a little space for stillness. Ask for guidance. Then listen.

Saturday, Feb. 21 | Reiki Level 1 & 2 Practitioner Training Begins If you feel called to deepen your intuition, heal yourself, and learn to support others, this training may be for you. Over this journey, you will become certified in Reiki Levels 1 and 2 and learn to work confidently with energy. This is not just a certification, it is a powerful initiation into your healing path. Many women tell me this training changed the way they trust themselves and their gifts.
